My experience includes preparing specialty items: game meat (deer, buffalo, elk), alligator, snails, plus freshwater fish and seafood. I am passionate about cooking and providing you and your guests a restaurant-quality experience without leaving home. My goal is to bring an exceptional five-course meal to you, offering an evening of elegance and charm in your home, at your corporate event, or your Florida vacation home. I do not prepare any soul food or comfort foods.
I am a professional chef who focuses my complete energy on my clients' satisfaction from one evening of relaxing and dining, family and friends dining experiences, in-home family meals, special occasions, weddings, corporate and business events, and vacation meal services. I cater to your tastes and customize each menu after the event is secured, which includes the preparation of fish and seafood, chicken or steak, and vegan or vegetarian dishes. I address any dietary concerns or restrictions during my hands-on development of your menu. My skills and abilities come from my education and fifteen years experience in fine dining.
To secure a service a payment of 60% must be made to secure your service. The balance is due the day of the event. A confirmed location with a full a kitchen is required. Additional upgrades after the initial booking require an additional deposit to cover those expenses. I provide plates and silverware up to 18 people upon request. Special requests are welcome and will be reflected in the final cost. I recommend a contacting a rental company for dishware and settings for large events. Upon approval, I allow clients to reschedule their event once.
