Mike is very professional and genuinely concerned for you safety and comfort level on new exercises. He also keeps pushing you even though you think you can't do more he shows you that you can! Best trainer I've ever had. You would be crazy not to choose him!

I've always been stubborn and hated working out, but with recent weight gain I had to do something. Working MJM has been amazing! When I want to give up he keeps me going and je really goes above and beyond to help with any personal inquires you have. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now our current sessions are as listed. Frequency of session cost Single Sessions $50 FSP 4 SESSIONS $190 (Flexible Starter packs) Heavy Hitter 6 week contract $499.99 Group sessions $16.99 - $24.99 a session depending on number in group.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon agreeing to a meeting over the phone, we will meet up at a discussed location. Discuss if you would be wanting a group session or a regular single fitness packet. Discuss discounts available that all depend on you and your motivation. Talk about scheduling for you and I both. Discuss any doctors notes that might be needed. Find out what your goals are and schedule you a free fitness assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a nationally recognized Personal Training certificate through the AFAA. I also have multiple courses finished that include: A- in Psychology of wellness A- in phycology of physiology A+ In physiology 101 A+ in Nutrition 101 A+ in Fueling for activity A+ in the Energy equation. ** All courses and grades are available upon request if needed. **While not Certified yet I am currently holding a 94% GPA for my nutrition Specialist card.
