We believe in honest and upfront pricing. Prices vary depending on the service, distance, and vehicle type, but we always provide the total cost before starting the job — no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, multiple services, and fleet accounts. We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and fast. Customers contact us with their location and the issue they’re having. We provide an upfront quote and estimated arrival time before dispatching. Once on site, we diagnose the problem, explain the service needed, and complete the job quickly and professionally. We make sure the customer is taken care of before leaving and are always available for follow-up questions or future services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from hands-on automotive and roadside assistance experience, including diagnostics, battery services, tire changes, lockouts, and light mechanical repairs. Through real-world field work and continuous learning, I’ve built the skills needed to provide fast, safe, and dependable service to customers.
