Introduction: i customize each yoga session to address the needs of my clients. every day is different and may need to adjust poses to meet those changes. i am very detail oriented and explain the reason and purpose of all that we do to help improve each clients health. i research the latest information regarding each clients situation to give them the most current and beneficial yoga therapy available. there is nothing more rewarding then having a client tell me that they feel better after we are done with a session or some cases a few weeks after a series of sessions that have addressed particular issue.helping people to feel better is my goal.

yes. i am always reading and wanting to find out the latest information that might help one of my clients
How did you get started doing this type of work?
my own physical injuries...after a few friends asked me how i recovered from my accidents and showed them what i knew..they told me that i was a good instructor and that i should think about teaching and help people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
i prefer to work one on one with people...they get so much more out of the practice that way. for my parkinsons's clients i go to their homes and work there in their environment ...i also like to go to a clients place of business and can do a session in office at lunch time or after work...
