A Critical Eye

Introduction: My experience is in writing user guides, operating procedures, as well as proofreading and editing various types of documentation. I have a Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Professional and Technical Writing, and a Minor in Communications. I've worked in a publishing house proofing educational materials, in a regulatory environment on standardized procedures, in an insurance company creating workflow documentation, written survey questions for a large media research company, handled copywriting and proofreading for marketing and labeling products, but the vast majority of my experience comes from freelancing in this type of capacity.
