Introduction: I am Eric W. Augustin, a native Floridian with over 27 years of residential construction experience. Since 2002, I have been the founder and owner of E and L Home Repairs and Remodeling. We were listed as a top-rated home repair and remodeling service in Central Florida for 2006, 2007, and 2008 by Angie's List (the nation's leading referral company for industry/service professionals). In 2007 and 2008, I was awarded the Super Service award (must maintain a 98% or better service rating for the year) in the categories of carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical. None of the other 150+ service professionals listed were even remotely close to this achievement. In 2009, I semi-retired, sold my business, and relocated to North Florida. Here, I returned to school and graduated from "American Home Inspectors Training Institute" (AHIT).
