    Daniel Berg has tuned our Baldwin grand for almost 15 years. We can count on him to be professional, reliable, and punctual. We feel fortunate to have Daniel keeping our instrument "in tune".


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive and read every copy of the Piano Technicians journal. I magazine dedicated to the furtherance of education in piano technology and service. I study the aspects of every job that I do. I attend regular meetings of the Piano Technicians Guild where I learn as well as teach piano service and technology.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Piano tuning, cleaning, regulation to key action, adjusting the tone of the piano(bright and soft). Restoring pianos that have been in the family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask if they are a Registered Piano Technician member of the Piano Technicians Guild, a non-profit organization set up to instruct and test piano technicians to meet a standard of quality.
