I teach with compassion, intention, direction, and energy. My classes are challenging in a way that allows each student to explore a deeper connection with themselves through intention, pranayama, and asana.
I have multiple certifications, can teach a variety of styles of classes, and have the ability to teach to anyone and everyone.
