I charge a flat rate and give discount for military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer all questions and am honest if I can do it or not. if I take the job and can't fix it I don't get paid
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am always learning new things as no computer person can know everything since it is always changing. i am currently enrolled to get 7 more certifications.
