Oshane was called to set up my new HP Printer Pro 9025e. He is very knowledgeable about this new 2023 Printer with Windows 11 and set it up perfectly. He also gave me several tips about the new printer and the connection to my computer. He explained all that I needed to know in understandable terms for me so I could use it efficiently. He is very patient and never once did I feel rushed for him to set it up and say, "You're all set". I had many questions that I had to repeat because of my not understanding some of the new Windows 11. He answered them as if I were asking him for the first time. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I am very pleased with my service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for computer, printer, etc., set up and repair. I will definitely use Oshane again if the need arises. Thank you, Peppy Walsh

I chose O’Shane to repair my printer after reading his superior reviews . He responded immediately and arrived at our house early the next morning in spite of a full schedule. In my 77+years I have never met and dealt with anyone smarter about printer/ computer repair issues. As if that weren’t enough he took time to be an excellent teacher explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Prior to choosing RWC I had wasted precious “hours” on the phone with many different HP technical support people. The end result was I was told my printer could not be fixed and I was advised to buy a new replacement printer. O’Shane is a “miracle worker”. He not only fixed my printer easily but went above and beyond to do other maintenance items to assure the printer would be working at maximum performance. He was wonderful in every way: kind, personable, a technological genius, patient, full of wisdom beyond his years, totally honest, very professional, offering “Great Value” for his amazing services. My philosophy is: If you take care of me I will take care of you. I offer discounts to repeat customers depending on the service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a few questions and explain the pricing and availability which is usually the same day. I love to teach the my customers about the job I am doing in order to make sure that we are on the same page so that the results are exactly what my customer asked for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with different Airbnb and property management companies. I teach myself how to do everything I know by watching hours of videos and practicing until the quality levels can only are described as OCD (aka an appreciation of quality.). I want to be a Jack of all trades and a Master of Smart home devices, home security, and general home maintenance.
