Introduction: I aggressively move all cases forward as it corresponds with job responsibilities. I am the primary liaison between clients and expert witnesses. I prepare correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents. I schedule hearings, depositions and meetings with clients and expert witnesses. I obtain necessary records and other related evidence, maintain attorney calendar, handle incoming calls, assist with the preparation of hearings and trials and attendance at trials, and assist with the daily practice of a law firm.
