- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I encourage my potential customers to call for an over the phone consultation. Moreover, depending on the job, I can then schedule a visit before we can give an estimate. In the end, once we agreed with a price, we can schedule a day and time to get the job done. Simple cleaning service, deep cleaning and recurring cleaning services can be quoted over the phone. I welcome any price suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My skills set are very sharp as to what I envision to accomplish for my clients. I'm a good listener, detail-oriented and enjoy a work completed to perfection. I have worked with all level of customers and each of them have contributed to my unique skills set, in which, I trained my team to adapt and adjust as needed. I’ve earned a certification in hospitality and tourism management. My goal is to bring an affrodable luxury type of services right to our customers' homes.
