The Organized Flow team made it possible for me to pack a 2BR/2BA villa in a a few short days. They brought all the materials. They created a database to track the box contents. Referred a great mover. Came to the new home to unpack and set up my home. At 87-years-old I never could have done it without them.

I have a lot of things and recently moved into a small rental unit. Never did I think my closet could be neat and organized. I am thrilled with what Kristin accomplished. She truly listens to your needs and my closet looks amazing. She is awesome

I am extremely pleased with Penny and Kristen. These ladies and their staff are super pleasant and easy to work with. They addressed all of my needs and were very efficient. I had them out twice to pack and unpack 2 master closets for a remodel job. They are very detail oriented and we’re extremely careful in packing my designer stuff. They are punctual, reliable, trustworthy and very honest. I felt like they really hustled to get the job done within my budget and utilized the time wisely. They also brought me some organizing containers, suggested new ways to maximize my space and brought all the supplies necessary to pack both closets. I highly recommend this ladies. Loved working with them and can’t wait to have them out to my house again to tackle my garage.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    1. We provide hourly rates, flat fee rates, and virtual rates. 2. Pricing is project based. 3. Hire one or two organizers, or use a team of 10 to expedite and complete entire project in a day. 4. Deposits are used to secure your selected work date and procure materials. 5. Payment is due at the end of each day of service

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    It is all about connecting, learning your ideal and then bringing your vision into reality. 1. Initial consultation 2. Routine questions regarding your project and expectations 3. Issue a written proposal/estimate/contract 4. Schedule work date and remit contract signed with deposit *Some clients will forward pictures of areas within their home/office they would like organized for better visualization during our conversation. *If an in-person evaluation is necessary, we will meet you at your location and we will discuss a game plan. *Our goal is to help you create space and flow.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Kristen was a realtor for a decade. This allowed her to grow her creative eye with clearing, staging, and creating appealing properties that sold fast. She has incorporated meditation and awareness create and utilize space to be the most effective and efficient. Penny was a social worker and creative writer for over 20-year, working in NYC to serve a wide client base. She too, incorporates intuition, awareness, and her meticulous organization skills to create balanced, clean, clear spaces that feel as good as they look. Both Kristen and Penny met on their Enlightenment path and have since integrated their unique styles and approaches to meet every client where they are and take them through the next step in creating spaces that reflect a new inner peace.
