- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates include the following: Cost of Labor, materials, pick-up, drop-off, design. All estimates do NOT include the following: Taxes, cost of fabric (as this may vary significantly). Customer will be made well aware of what they are paying before we begin our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Relating to our customers needs then informing and/or suggesting what the job entails before providing an estimate. Estimates may be subject to change as we investigate the job at hand in more detail. We will do our best to provide the most accurate estimate possible. Customer will be made well aware of what they are paying before we begin our work. If an estimate is approved and we are hired, we will schedule a time to introduce ourselves, review fabric options (if need be), and pick up the piece to be worked on. An estimated delivery date will be discussed and a formal estimate will be provided to the customer in hard copy or via email.

We have a combined 57 years of experience and a working industrial design graduate who together make the perfect recipe to provide customers with an outstanding experience and quality of work.
