I hired Jeff to come out on Friday 08/03 unfortunately Jeff and his crew werent able to make it out due to ladder issues until Saturday 08/04. Jeff was not with his assistants on Saturday and I was left unhappy with the results.. I did make Jeff aware and was offered a lower rate for the service but overall job was done poorly. Amy, i offered to come out to touch up these minor areas but you said no. As far as minor paint on the baseboard you were having new floors put in and told me base would be painted by you afterwards. I gave you a great price for the amount of work done and on a one day notice, which is why we had a ladder issue. We strive to satisfy all our customers 100%.
Painted a 2600 sq ft house in less than 12 hours by himself , originally had said it would take 3 days My father who was present at the house saw him spraying paint over dirty walls without cleaning anything or putting any primer like he said he would . Sloppy work Doubt paint job will last too long . Also our neighbors fence was sprayed with paint we found out 2 days later. 2days after we got on a stepladder and saw bunch of missing paint areas by roof area that were not obviously visible without climbing. I always take my customers concerns seriously. However i told you it dosent take very long to spray a house when experienced at it. i offered to return to your house to fix these minor issues but you refused. As you recall we both walked around the property when i was done and you said it looked great and you paid me. There was no paint on anyones fence. Also the one photo is a speck of dirt on the stucco. I tried to resolve this issue but you did not let me. Customer satisfaction is my biggest concern.
Work quality was excellent, they showed up when they said they would , and also responded to my request for info and price very quickly. The work was done in orderly efficient manor, I am pleased with there professionalism , and the quality of the work.Aug 11, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Not complicated at all. simply very fair. I get a 40% nonrefundable deposit upfront for scheduling reasons and the remainder when job is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I get to know my customer first. Trying to find out what exactly he needs or she needs. And try to satisfy their needs extensively.
