I first learned about qigong about five years ago but wasn't really interested until this last year. I met Ninos and he's definitely motivated me to keep up my practice. The youtube videos are nothing compared to this teaching. His some of his classes made me sweat and some of them had my mind a million miles away in a very zen place. I'm really grateful to have met such a passionate and well-rounded instructor. I've lost a lot of weight not just because of the physical aspect of qigong but mostly the mental reconditioning it has brought me. I feel better than I have ever have and it shows.
