Kylie is enjoying her voice lessons with Miss Naomi!
Vocal lessons are something that I have never done before. I started out as an absolute beginner, and I can't be more excited that I am learning from Susan. There's such comfort in learning from someone so experienced and passionate, who does not compromise when it comes to teaching what needs to be understood. Not only does Susan have a great ear and is very focused, but she keeps you on track when you start to get distracted or flustered. I am so thankful that when I meet with Susan I am a guest in her home rather than a "customer", as I imagine other atmospheres tend to feel. This is something I look forward to weekly! Highly recommended!
I have been taking voice lessons from Karen for about a year and a half now and she is, by far, the best vocal coach I have had to date. She is extremely dedicated to her work and stresses the importance of good technique in every lesson. Karen is personable and has many connections within the local music industry so she always knows what competitions and auditions are being held in town. She encourages all of her students to further their talents in an extremely professional manner. Highly recommend!
I have been working with Kevin for a few months now and have really enjoyed my sessions. He is very flexible and really pays attention to my interests/style. I look forward to many more sessions and the ability to play a few songs with good skill in the future. I have done in-person lessons as well as video sessions and both have been great. It's nice to have the different options. Kevin is awesome!
I had always wanted to take voice lessons but due to the expense, it was something I had never pursued. It was only when I was cast in a community theatre musical production for a character outside of my vocal range that I decided to pursue the opportunity. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to study with Joe. He is very passionate about his craft. He is knowledgeable and efficient. His method of teaching is extremely comprehensive and with each lesson, I learned more and more. Over the course of our few weeks together, I expanded my vocal range and gained the confidence I needed to perform perfectly. My voice was noticeably stronger- not only to me, but to my family and my musical theater peers. He worked hard to accommodate my schedule and never hesitated to put in additional time. Recently, I was cast as a lead in another community theatre musical production. While my voice is pretty, I am confident that my ability to secure this role was because I had spent time working with Joe. I will continue to work with him throughout my community theatre endeavors and would recommend him to anyone seeking to improve their vocal range and/or skills. He truly is a wonderful teacher and this review does not do him justice.
All 3 of my sons take music lessons from Mr. Maines and they love it! Thank you Maestro Maines Studio!
The best music school in all of Orlando and I think we have tried them all. Two of my kids and my husband take Piano and Guitar lessons with Elite Music Instruction. Very professional teachers.
I would recommend Evolution of Music to anyone looking to get started or continue lessons. They make it really easy for you to get started and never make you feel pressured luke some other places. Abby and the staff are great and very knowledgeable and skilled at their instruments. If you are in the Palmetto area they are your best bet!
Maria Yerdon is an amazing teacher of both voice and piano. I have had experience with many music professionals, and taught both music and piano myself. It is Ms. Yerdon whom I seek out to further continue my own personal learning and development. Her passion for music is contagious and she conveys that to each and every student, no matter their experience level. It is energizing to learn from her, because she has a way of communicating hard to understand concepts in a way that makes them achievable to master. I value her as both a teacher and mentor.
Our daughter really enjoyed her voice lessons with Bach Entertainment.
My grandchildren love taking lessons at Creative Keys and especially enjoy performing at the recitals. I'm looking forward to seeing how much they'll grow musically over the coming years!
Working with Gayle has been a wonderful experience. I came to her for voice lessons, but overtime I realized that I am gaining so much more. She is highly skilled and makes me feel so comfortable. Gayle has not only helped me with the technical aspect of singing, but she understands that singing is more of an emotional experience. She has helped me break through a lot of self limitations, free of judgement. I value our lessons and look forward to them each week. Thank you Gayle for helping me tap into a part of myself that I've dreamed of for so long.
Flexible with schedule, open to ideas and easy to work with. Very happy with the outcome of our choreographed wedding dance!
We are going on our 3rd voice lesson with Cherylann and are very pleased and happy with our choice! She is very sweet and patient with my 6 year old while teaching her the fundamentals of signing. My daughter literally waits in the driveway for her to arrive!
KeriAnne is such a wonderful person and has made my singing improve so much. It is so much fun working with her and the improvement in my voice is unbelievable. I have learned so much about my voice and how I use it. She is amazing.

My name is Justin E. Walden, and I am from East Tennessee. My musical heritage stretches back to age 8 when I first started to learn how to play the guitar from my dad. He was the greatest musical influence in my life and still is. After exploring the guitar, I decided to venture out and try the banjo, then the mandolin, and finally the violin. I never really got into sports during my childhood, but I sure drove my parents crazy with squeaky strings when I first began to play. EXPERIENCE By and large, my full-time musical career started at around age 12 when I began playing with my family band, The Crystal Road Band. During my stint with my family band, I performed on average of 150 bookings per year. Here I alternated between instruments to fill in the gaps of lost members to maintain the full sound of the music. After 8 years of on-stage performance and studio sessions, I gleaned many insights on musical styles and concepts that have helped me in my musical career. While performing with my family band, I was able to also perform with some of the most talented performers such as Paul Williams & the Victory Trio, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, and many other great artists. I am a senior musical theater major at The University of Tampa! I am home for the summer in Orlando, and I am ready to share my talents with kids who are passionate about singing and acting. "Positivity promotes creativity" is a mantra that I have stuck with for a very long time that I feel best represents what I have to share with people and students around me. I am here to provide positive insight and guidance to any child who wants to get better at singing and/or acting. Whether your child has an upcoming audition or just wants to get help on singing musical theater, pop, rock, country or jazz, I would love to help him/her get better and be the best that he/she can be. If you are interested, please contact me!
A lot of music teachers only focus on technique and theory. And a lot of teachers just show people how to play songs. We show individuals how to do both. Having fun playing songs and knowing technique and theory are equally important, because if you just learn songs, you'll only know how to do that and not really know how to play an instrument. While technique and theory are important, it can be boring and frustrating to focus primarily on that. At New Tampa Music Lessons, we balance musicianship and fun by making sure that with each lesson you are challenged with a new technical or theory concept, but always end with something fun such as your favorite riff or song. We use a variety of method books to accomplish this and encourage students to bring CDs or their iPod to their lesson to learn their favorite tunes.
We provide instruction in dance, music and theatre for professionals active in the performing arts industry. Build your own skills and learn new skills in the process!
I am a recent graduate from Harrison School for the Visual and Performing Arts for vocal performance. I have taken lessons for over 6 years and love teaching others how to read and understand music. I work very well with children and love interacting with others. I've given lessons to children age 7-15, teaching them how to read music, expand their voices, and grow in tone and placement of voice.
