I absolutely loved my experience with Meg she is very professional and knows her bartending. She helped me the whole way step by step and made it very convenient and comfortable for me. Everyone at my party loved her as well Will always recommend her ;)

Megs and Pat are wonderful! The classes are effective and fun and are the best I've encountered in years of going to many gyms and hiring other trainers. They provide excellent tips and suggestions to ensure my husband and I avoid injury and get the most from our class experience. They are dedicated and great to work with. We have had incredible gains since working with them. They really know what they are doing!

Working out with Pat @ iHeartFitness has been amazing!!! In just a few short months I have seen results that I once only dreamed of. Each session is something different and a new challenge, always taking me to the next level, so I never get bored with the same thing over and over. While respecting my physical limits, I am always pushed beyond my mental limits and beyond what I thought I was capable of, with encouragement that I can do this and can reach my goals. With a personal training program tailored specifically for me, my body, and my goals, I don’t feel like just another client. Each session, I know the focus is 100% on me and giving me the best work out possible. And the training goes beyond just the 30 mins – hour, It’s a lifestyle change and makes me want more for myself and to make better decisions related to health and wellness and any questions I may have are answered with a phone call or text! I have never been one to work out and would drag myself to the gym. Now, I can’t wait until its training day to see what I can accomplish with an awesome trainer by my side, its actually fun and something I look forward to. Having a trainer that truly cares about my success - even after my session is over, that I can rely on, be held accountable by, and wants results just as bad as I do…is priceless. iHeartFitness is the way to go!

I have been training with Pat and Megan for just over 6 weeks and in that short amount of time I could not be happier with the results. In spite of the fact that I have significant injuries due to a car accident (cervical spine stimulator, 8 surgeries and counting, etc) I continue to see progress every time I lift. For me especially, the focus of the training is on having excellent form and technique which is what I need considering the injuries to my shoulder and neck. If you are looking for trainers that just run you through the motions and do the same thing week after week, then these 2 are not for you. You will sweat, you will work inside and outside the gym, but you will also get the results you are looking for. The only problem I have is that I didn't find them sooner.
