Danielle is absolutely fabulous!! The first time I met her she was so personable, sweet, and very easy to talk to that but she also included me on an awesome paddleboard fitness class that was something I never imagine myself doing but I had a complete blast! Not only did I get the chance to work with Danielle but she also introduced me to and amazing group of ladies. She is so encouraging and introduces you to people who have the same interests that you do when working out! I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that I know!
Although I didn't go forth with his training, his initial session was enough for me to determine that he's a great trainer who cares about your health, wellness and fitness.
We've just had our initial meeting, but she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. She's very approachable and is obviously very knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. Burg fitness has been exactly what I have been looking for. If you are ready to challenge your body and fit into your old clothes this is the place. These group fitness classes are not your typical ones because they work in small groups and can individually make recommendations on your posture and push you to the limit! All of the trainers are extremely friendly and have killer bodies which is always motivating! I highly recommend Burg fitness to those who truly wants to see some results. I honestly feel like I have never had a real workout prior to coming here. That's how challenging it is but WORTH it. You won't be disappointed.
For 2-1/2 I trained with Ms Hughes and found that she is a vey knowledgeable physical fitness consultant and dedicated personal trainer, very knowledgeable in general conditioning techniques and very personable.

The time I spent (invested!) with Heather as my trainer set the blueprint for what I know I should expect from myself when I'm truly putting forth effort in my workout routines. Heather not only motivated me and showed me what hard work and patience will get you, she taught me the dynamic functional fitness knowledge that I still use to this day (four years later). Shanes knowledge of fitness and nutrition has helped me reach my goal. My goal was to reach 120lbs. My start weight was 150 and in less than one year I was down to 117 pounds. My work outs are intense and I love them. Shane pushes me to do things to the best of my ability but at the same time he makes the workouts fun. Most of all, he takes the time to teach me valuable things. Shane takes the time to show me the workouts, explains what they do to the body and the importance of having the right posture. We also talk about nutrition and the importance of eating clean. I always thought that having a trainer was a waste of time but I have to say, that is not true it is the best thing I have invested in. Even now that I have reached my goal, I will continue to train to get that rock hard body that I always dreamed of having :)
Nohelia is very knowledgeable about fitness. She was able to identify my weak areas quickly and come up with routines to target those muscles. I have been training with her for a few months and I am extremely happy with my results. I'm leaner and stronger than I've been in a long time.
