- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Chef services are personalized and highly customized according to each client's taste and needs. Pricing can vary according to menu and budget. When setting a budget, please keep in mind that a Personal Chef is spending time beyond your event planning, and the entire day of your event is spent shopping, cooking and cleaning. You should expect to pay more than you would in a restaurant, but you are getting much more, too. Gratuities, while not required, are appreciated and not included in pricing quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. My first objective is designing a menu that is perfect for their event, then we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a passion for cooking and I am self taught. I currently possess a Food Service Manager safety certification through Safeway.
