FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you initially discuss scheduling with the receptionist, they will collect your payment information at that time. We offer a trial lesson for a one-time discounted price, and following that the system will make an automatic charge on the first of every month for one month of lessons (minimum of 4 per month). Should you decide to participate in 3 or more services, there are further discount options that will be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is a great time to get to know them, as it is also a good time for them to get to know their instructor. Determining the student's proficiency level from the get go helps determine the direction lessons can go, and between that and getting an understanding of where the student wants to go, the student and the instructor then determine a plan on how to achieve that goal together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between all of our instructors are over 100 years of varied experience in the world of music. Ranging from self-taught to classically-trained, college degree holders to long-term touring experience, skilled at hardcore guitar solo shredding to jazz piano improvisation, our highly experienced staff work with all ages, all proficiency levels, and are knowledgeable in all levels of music theory.
