I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Tri County Pest Control. While no one wants to invite this service into their home, when uninvited pests show up, it’s necessary! I found this company through a google search, Chuck called me within 5 minutes to talk to me about my issue and schedule a time to come out. He was friendly, informed, and thorough. My only complaint is that I hadn’t called him sooner!

Chuck showed up right on time. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He sprayed every room inside and the exterior of my house for spiders. He was extreme thorough. Came out twice to spray my crawlspace and when it wasn’t sufficient and didn’t last/work for longer than 2-3 days, they stopped replying to my calls, voicemails, and messages.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family business that my Father started in 1963. We are very fair on pricing, and do not use generic pricing as most jobs and customers may have very different issues both pest wise and financial wise. We price projects based on the specifics of that particular job, and are happy to work with all of Our customers to help resolve their pest issue .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To correctly identify the pest, then to establish the safest and most effective method of pest control
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Technician for 40 Years. Certified Pesticide Trainer for 28 years. extensive training in IPM (Integrated Pest Management)
