- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural transition that occurred within the context of the aero-space defense engineering that I was involved in. I began working with computers back at Link Aviation with flight simulation & it progressed from their to working/consulting with IBM, & many other aero-space defense contractors. It was rather an evolution into this business, but it evolved because of my love for working with computer systems.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Some of the most common jobs involve trouble shooting and cleaning out viruses, malware of various types and installing networks, both wired & wireless. Most networks today tho are going wireless because of the ease of using them with a laptop or portable device which can be moved around and is not tethered by a hard wire. in some extreme cases we do a complete Recovery of the cmputer to the original factory settings & then have to update the OS to current levels as well as to reinstall antivirus & protective programs, etc. that the client uses with his system.
