- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't the cheapest and we aren't the most expensive. Our pricing is fair and is all inclusive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to see the pool. I want to be sure it's a good fit for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPO certified. CPO certification is not required for residential pool service in Florida but it's great to have. I've also owned other businesses and written 2 business books.
