Matt came out on his day off to give me an estimate for weekly pool service. He was very knowledgeable and affable. We discussed how his company would take care of our pool, when they would do it, what the follow-up from them about each visit would entail. Payment options. He explained how easy it will be for me, that I don't have to worry about the pool. I saw him on Saturday, my house was on his Monday route and Mark came out Monday. Mark knows his business, been around for 14 years talking care of pools. So he explained everything, I was impressed. We agreed that if either of us had any problems we would address then immediately! I love that they are paid not paid by the pool they clean, they are paid hourly/salary (I forget which one). That means they are rushing to get in as many pools as they can to make more money. I also love that it is a work/life balance job, they only work Mon-Thurs. Also, if something happens and Spartan Pool Service can't clean my pool because of some company emergency they are in a network that will cover their work while Spartan fixes the emergency. The customer doesn't go without a cleaning. This is a young company and I am glad that I hired them. I am in no way affiliated, have interest, not being paid to write this review.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't the cheapest and we aren't the most expensive. Our pricing is fair and is all inclusive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to see the pool. I want to be sure it's a good fit for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPO certified. CPO certification is not required for residential pool service in Florida but it's great to have. I've also owned other businesses and written 2 business books.
