Every now and then someone truly extraordinary enters our life.....that is how I feel about Danielle! I was very apprehensive about trying a personal trainer and she made me regret such thinking from the moment I met her. If you EVER have an opportunity to work with her....you will soon consider yourself very fortunate. Not only will she take you on a journey to fitness....but your entire day will be better for having spent any time with her!! I cannot recommend someone with higher regard.May 2, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Clients pay monthly and bi-monthly. I accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Price varies based on location and frequency of meeting. You decide what days/times you want to train, how often, and we book the calendar accordingly. If you purchase 2 (16 sessions) or more months in advance, you will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a complimentary fitness assessment that will allow us to discuss past and current health as well as your training goals. During the assessment, I assess 4 specific exercises- lunge, squat, push-up, and plank- to look for any discrepancies that we would need to focus on during our sessions. I also take measurements for height, weight, body circumference, and body fat % so that we have a baseline to start from. Lastly, I explain what the training program would look like and how I can arrive at the completion of your goals with an expected time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my undergraduate degree in athletic training from USF and a graduate degree in counseling from SEBTS. I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I also keep my CPR certification up to date along with continuing education yearly.
