I have have been a member for the past seven months and I have never gotten bored with the challenges Coach Tim throw out at me. I am here for the "health" of it....weight bearing exercise for fighting osteoporosis, love the cardio and have experienced a faster recovery time, even toning muscles. Thank you CoachTim.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic price depends on multiple factors: length of training, type of training, amount of training sessions. Also price depends on whether it is personal or group training.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a consultation to answer some basic health and lifestyle questions, followed by an assessment session, then a final session to determine the course of training needed to reach their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have the following certifications: Personal Trainer, Weight & Lifestyle Management, Fitness Nutrition, Physique & Figure Specialist, Metabolic Resistance Training, and Cross Training.
