This is personal training at its best! I watched Alex train and transform my son for about a year before I decided I needed his help. I've been training with him for six months now. This is his life, his passion. He has taught me how to work out properly and has motivated me to strengthen myself more than I ever imagined. I am blown away by what he can get my body to do. He is always taking the time to share his expertise w/you. The workouts are tough, always challenging but when I'm finished I can't believe what I accomplished and I can't wait to come back. When I'm having a tough time he knows how to clear my mind and get my game back on. This is truly a place for everyone, young, old, athlete or just out of shape. it's the best decision and investment I've made this year.

I work twice per week with Alex on BALANCE, MUSCLE TONING, AEROBICS AND GENERAL FITNESS including DIET. I have a nerve condition that has severely damaged muscle in my lower legs. Alex has been instrumental in helping me rebuild and add to muscles that complement the atrophied muscles, due to my condition. He is KNOWLEDGEABLE and has provided me specific exercises I can do alone as well as having developed A SPECIFIC EXERCISE REGIME TO FIT MY ABILITIES AND FORTIFY LOST AGILITY, STRENGTH AND BALANCE. I am 70 years old and if not for the last several years with Alex I would be close to or in a wheel chair. He is the BEST!

I recently started training with Alex and I couldn't ask for a better trainer. I am not an athlete and was worried that I wouldn't be able to make it through a session but Alex tailor's each workout specifically for the person or group he is working with. He pushes me to my limit and is very positive and encouraging. I agree with the reviews I've read and have to add that I find the rates to be very reasonable for what I'm getting. Thank you Alex!

    As a certified strength and conditioning coach and certified sports nutritionist. I help my clients to reach their goals through nutrition and training. Writing nutritional programs and advising on supplementation. I train all my clients as elite athletes, from my 12 year old to my 70 year old. Being an athlete is a mindset. We train the who body with functional lifts that increase mobility, flexibility, strength and power to improve fitness, body composition, mobility, and overall wellness. In a sentence, I help my clients improve overall life quality through nutrition and fitness.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look for Qualifications, Experience, and Certifications. Certifications are a dime a dozen and some can be achieved on a weekend class. make sure they are national recognize such as the CSCS (certified Strength and Conditioning Specials) the highest in the field or NSCA-CPT (national strength and conditioning association certified personal trainer). Experience would be second and attitude and personality. they should be able to kick your butt and make you feel comfortable doing it.
