Introduction: I am a licensed mental Health counselor, specializing in the following: * depression * anxiety * grief * trauma * abuse * anger * addictions * most of life's struggles I do couple (marriage) and family counseling as well as individual counseling. Specialties are in EMDR therapy and group therapy. I work with all ages from 12 up, both male and female. Besides counseling, I have a pastoral background, which allows me to see each person as a unique spiritual being as well as an individual who is struggling and cannot break out of the traps or routines that seem to hold them beyond their control. My theory is not a "how do you feel", week-after-week process, but a planned treatment with goals and objectives that are measurable. Change is possible but must be done in the context of reality. It would be my privilege to walk with you in this part of your journey.
