Top notch experience from beginning to end. Dave responded to my message within the hour, gave me a phone call the following morning, listened to my concerns, clearly and accurately stated his services and prices and delivered as promised. He was able to get my results to me in a shorter time frame than expected, and completed the service call on a weekend. I hope to never have to hire him again (mold, ya know) but am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you!

(I need to fill out the "Responsiveness" and "Punctuality" also. I've never used a contractor that was punctual, personable and honest along with doing an excellent job! David Brodie is the Guy! He kept me informed of his arrival, explained everything to me, along with things that I didn't need to have done. He did a thorough job and called me the next day to give me the results of the mold test. He charged me 1/4 of what the other contractors wanted. I wish I could employ him for my "honey-do" list! I know he would be fair and do an excellent job. David takes pride in the work that he does and it shows.

Mr Brodie was truly a gem to work with. He was puntual and a reliable communicator. He assessed my apartment for mold and was diligent about checking on each of my concerns. He educated me on how mold can grow and the risks factors from being in contact with them. He took many pictures told me the process of what will happen after the test were complete and even called me and informed me of the results promptly after he received them. I can't expressed how greatful I am of his sympathy towards us and the circumstances we have faced due to becoming sick from mold exposure. He explained the results and created a report that he sent out to us in a timely manner. I will definitely be using him again if ever needed and have recommended him to a family member who will be acquiring his services soon. Thanks Mr. Brodie.

I had my garage painted, wanted it all sprayed but bridie went thru 2 sprayers and ended up rolling alot of the job which spraying has a better finish . There were a couple missing areas that I noticed later when i was putting back my stuff but overall it is better then it was and they really worked hard .
