What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Property Management pricing varies based on number of homes requiring management. Listing and purchasing a home I will go over pricing during consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to set up a time to meet or have a phone consultation with the client to go over their property management needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed RE Professional. I am also required to take continuing education classes to stay aware of any changes in industry practices.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy working with people and helping them solve their problems.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with Homebuyers, Investors both foreign and domestic, I am able to provide residential real estate services for any of my clients needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our owner literally wrote the books on Property Management and has been teaching to Real Estate professionals all over the world and is currently very active in our company management on a daily bases.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you are looking for a property manager to manage your investment property, hire a full service property management firm and not an individual realtor, most full service property management firms have the resources and expertise to handle whatever situation arises for both the tenant and owner.
If you are looking for a Realtor check the realtors ratings on Trulia and Zillow to be sure you are dealing with a seasoned agent.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should have a list of preferences and long and short term goals.
