Bob is a patient, thorough instructor with a heart to help women defend themselves with easy to learn techniques. Each class is packed with simple but effective moves in real world situations. Highly recommend!

I was incredibly impressed with Robert as an instructor. He was patient with each woman in our women’s only class, never moving onto the next until he knew that we had a good grasp of the concept he was teaching. He made sure everywoman felt comfortable… I would highly recommend his class as my confidence level has improved greatly under his teachings.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Warrier Krav Maga, Blood and Bones Tactical, Martial Blade Concept, and trained in boxing and Jui Jitsu. I'm also a Guardian ad Litem, educational surrogate and volunteer with homeless services.
