- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates for tutoring are very fair. I offer group and multiple lesson discounts. I require 24 hours notice for cancellation on tutoring appointments. A small fee will applied when notice is not given. Payment for tutoring lessons will be collect when services are rendered. We accept cash and pre-payment for numerous lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment with client to know his/ her tutoring needs and goals. We talk about schedule and procedures. Client fills a new Student Intake Form. We are now ready to have great lessons!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am still working in the public school system to keep up to date with new changes in curriculum. I belong to Teachers Organizations, and receive training in latest trends in education thru educational workshops.
