- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being apart of the Realtor organization, I get daily emails containing articles and information about the latest trends, market changes and much more. So I am constantly reading and making sure I adapt to the always changing real estate market. This allows me to give my clients the most up to date information.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the provider listens to you and makes themself available. If they seem to busy or show you listings that don't match your criteria, it's time to find another provider.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a difference between real estate agents and Realtors. Realtors are real estate agents that are apart of the Realtor organization. This organization holds agents to a high standard of ethics which give strict consequences if the agent tries to mislead their clients in any way. The organization also gives them many resources that keep them up to date on their education of real estate and their market.
