Henry with Floors Direct exceeded expectations. We needed carpet replaced in our commercial building, a 2,000+ sqft job. He got it done in a very short window of time and was zero hassle on me as a property manager. The installation of the new carpet was great, and the tenants are very happy with the result. Competitive pricing as well.

5 stars all the way. These guys took up and replaced all the old carpet and padding in a ~215 sq. ft. room in no time. They came out twice to take measurements and show samples free of charge. Outstanding and personable customer service; And outstanding work. Their prices are very reasonable, and they were more than willing to accomodate my busy schedule. I definitely recommend them. In fact, if you are needing carpet repair or replacement in the Tampa Bay area, and you DON'T choose Carpets Direct, You are making a mistake.
