Introduction: Being both a civil engineer and general contractor with over 30 years of experience I look at all aspects of a project from design, costs, permitting, quality, alternative methods, etc. so that client has the benefit of both the engineer and contractor in one place. Creating something that will be used for a lifetime and can be seen for years after it's finished. I still take my children to see projects that I completed over 30 years ago like EPCOT Center.

Larry was very informative and provided a lot of guidance and direction about the permitting process. His rate was reasonable, and he always answered or returned my calls. He could be a little better quoting estimated completion time and dates, but at the end of the day I was able to pull the appropriate permit because of his drawings and approval.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each project is unique it is impossible to have a set pricing and each project is looked at in terms of time and materials to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
both of my licenses require 14 hours of continuing education every two years. I am constantly reading trade magazines for the latest innovations in construction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Third generation home builder. Grew up on a construction site and have been working since I was 12 years old building homes. Love what I do and couldn't think of doing anything else more rewarding.
