Hidalgo Catering Company was great to work with, they were responsive to all my questions while planning a cooking class, and they were helpful when I needed suggestions. Chef Maurice provided a fun and informative cooking class for 12 of us. He was professional, the food was delicious, and the class ran smoothly. It was so much fun, and all the guests loved everything about it. I highly recommend Hidalgo Catering Company.

Our family vacationed at Anna Maria Island and planned fishing trips. Prior to arriving we coordinated with Maurice of Hidalgo Catering the opportunity to cook our catch with a full menu planned ahead. We were very successful at fishing with a couple of large grouper and some greys. The food Maurice prepared was fantastic. And the grouper was phenomenal. The sides and appetizers were just right and perfect and tasty. What we liked; flexibility in menu items, conversationalist (especially with my husband :) ), the food variety and overall an awesome experience. When we come back we will definite connect with Maurice again.

Working with Maurice from Hidalgo Catering was a great experience. We live out of state so planning our rehearsal dinner could have been very stressful and difficult. Maurice made awesome suggestions, delivered on time, set up professionally, the food was delicious, generous in servings, looked beautiful in display and all our guests were impressed and truly enjoyed everything. The rehearsal dinner was a complete success and Maurice and Hidalgo Catering made it possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are quoted on a per person basis. The cost of those depends on the type of food served, if a server is required and equipment needed. Alcohol is an added expense as are certain types of food, such as seafood, caviar or foie gras. Please ask for any clarifications you need after receiving your quote.

Graduate of the Notter School of Pastry in Orlando, Florida.
