Wow. I don't understand the ratings. Was hired 2 weeks ago, after talking about the service I wanted, we settled for $135 a month. I really didn't want the 10 minute in/out lawnmower type of service. They showed up one day, did a crappy job, left unfinished, didn't pick up left over palms as agreed, it was a 10 minute job like I expressed I didn’t want. Texted and e-mail with no response to see if maybe there was just miscommunication or misunderstanding. So waited until second week to see if they fix/redo what they didn't the first time, NO SHOW, yeah didn't bother to show up even after pre-paying for the month, and so technically they are now fired. On another note, the credit card I gave them which included full number, zip, security code which is all required to shop online, was used fraudulently at walmart.com and wish.com, my credit card company flagged it as fraud and contacted me. I can't say for sure it was him, because it is really hard to prove this, but as someone who works in Cyber Security and I know how to protect my accounts, he was the only person to know enough information along with the credit card number to be able to purchase anything online, now to give him the benefit of the doubt, he could have been hacked or someone (friend, family) could have gone behind him and access his records, so no accusing him directly of fraud, but be careful as he might not handle or store your information properly. Julio, Unfortunately things didn't work out but you failed to mention a few things. Our GPS records indicate that a 2 man crew was at your property from 11:37-12:01 on Wednesday, July 12. 24 minutes not 10. You also failed to mention that your lawn had almost completely covered your front sidewalk from lack of care. Upon arrival a young man came out front in his pajamas and told my guys not to go in the back yard because he didn't want to put the chickens away. A few minutes later a woman came out and told them they could go in the back, the chickens were put away. When my guys went in the back they were wading through chicken excrement and told me the smell was disgusting and they left. Your fraudulent card activity is the first we've experienced in over two years and we deal with hundreds of clients monthly. If your card is still active I will issue a refund for any services not rendered. If the card has been cancelled I will mail a check to the service address.
