- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Thumbtack Clients $30 per hour rates for a limited time. I also offer discounts and payment plans on my package rates (contact me for info on those). In order to determine what package or pricing is best for you I offer a complimentary 1 hour consultation (in person or virtual) to get a look at the size and scope of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Organizing Services: Step 1 - Initial no cost consultation Step 2 - you hire me- we sign paperwork and deposit is placed to secure the job Step 3- We set up your scheduled session(s) Step 4- We begin the work of transforming your space from hate it to like it to love it For Cleaning Services: Step 1 - initial chat about your home size, cleaning expectations and general things we need to know before the cleaning sessions Step 2 - complete paperwork and set up cleaning schedule with deposit to secure placement in the schedule Step 3- Start cleaning on dates agreed upon For Health Coaching Services Step 1 - Complete heath history form Step 2- 50 minute consultation - Step 3 - Select program and complete complete paperwork Step 4- Schedule sessions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having a love for design and organizing coupled with my analytical skillset from the corporate insurance world, I started my own organizing business after years of doing it for friends and family. I then took my love of design and organizing and merged those passions with my Heath Coaching Certification to help my clients from a truly holistic perspective.
