This was my first time using this company and it will be the last. The whole thing started out with a quote that was sky high to install a backsplash. When I stopped interacting with them and their high prices, I was inundated with calls and text messages over the course of the next few days. When my chosen contractor told me they couldn’t do the job due to a double booking, I reluctantly messaged this one and I made an offer for them to do the job for half what they originally quoted me. They agreed. While at the job, I realized they were doing a decent job so I asked if they would do a couple more things for an additional cost, which they agreed. After finishing the backsplash and telling me they were unable to finish the other items that were added because they needed to get a few things from the store and were making plans to come back another day. As they were packing up to leave, one asked for payment and I told them I would Zelle the money, as previously discussed. After sending the money, their bank put a hold on the funds for some reason, and even when I provided proof the money was sent, they continued to complain and yell and get agitated and refused to leave the kitchen until they got their money. I sent them proof that the money was sent but they demanded we go to the bank in an almost mobster type of way. I am a male and would highly recommend against anyone (especially smaller framed people/women) to stay away as this whole ordeal was a disaster and made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time. Very unprofessional
