What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having baked since I was a young kid, working under great chefs in early career in Philadelphia, personal study of an overwhelming number of recipes and techniques even before baking professionally, then the years of hands-on experience running the baking operations of several restaurants has led me to where I am today!
