Introduction: First of all, I believe you have to enjoy what you do. Not many people actually enjoy cleaning & or organizing... but I do! Reason for that is that I see immediate results & I like that! Therefore I don't look at it as something negative! I see the challenge of making a room or space usable & funtional again. I love to personal shop for others. I am a good listener & detail is important when you are shopping for someone else. I am great with color & design. I have wonderful people skills, & I am good w/the elderly, (in case you have parents who are negative about receiving out side assistance!) I love animals & enjoying caring for them when you are not able to! I have a high professional appearance & A+ references. I believe the help I offer meets many individual needs of so many diverse lifestyles. Everyone is unique & no two clients needs are ever the same. I am extremely flexible with my clients & strive hard to meet their indiviual needs each & every time. I enjoy meeting new people/families & taking the stress out of what ever their situation is. Everyone has something that is an eye sore in their home. I like to find that out FIRST & make sure I perfect it for them. Jeannie did a deep cleaning of our house. She was thorough; she worked very hard and the house was immaculate. In addition, she is a wonderful person. Fully recommend her for any cleaning job.

Jeanie was a dream come true! Deep cleaning has a whole new meaning to me. I hired her to deep clean a house that we bought and were getting ready to move into. We were moving from another state. The house was spotless when we arrived and she handed me a three page report outlining all that had been done. 19 hours of THOROUGH cleaning! I recommend her for those who want a thoroughly clean home. She uses safe products and takes great pride in her work. She is a breath of fresh air!!!

If you want your house cleaned, this is definitely the person to hire. She is very professional, does a superior job the first time so you don't have to waste time pointing out a missed spot or something that is not cleaned to the highest standard. She did a cleaning job for us for a rental house and it was DIRTY, but have Jeannie finished the job it was cleaned from head to toe!! You could not find a speck of dirt anywhere! You get your monies worth and then some and I would definitely have her clean my house and will refer her to friends and family. This is the best cleaning person I have ever hired.

Jeannie is simply amazing. My house has not been this clean in years. I have very high expectations and am not easily pleased. She exceeded my expectations and was "spot-on" in what I needed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straight forward on pricing. I give free estimates locally w/in reason and just recently increased my territory. I do charge a small travel fee to cover my tolls & gas. I will credit that fee toward work on larger projects over $350.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I need for them to be honest with what they are looking for & what their budget is. I'm willing to go the extra mile for anyone who wants to work with mebut being honest & communicating is something that is first and foremost in order to benefit both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A certificate as a professional organizer.
