- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really. The size of the job and the scope of work will dictate roughly the time required to get a job done. We can have a chat on the phone to get an estimate, and adjust if necessary upon arrival before the job starts. We rarely need to change an estimate though, ;)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication is key. Make sure your concierge knows clearly what work you want done. We want to have a client come home and be satisfied that the work that has been completed is in line with what they were looking for.
