- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. I learned it from my internship...it was the first thing they taught me. Cost plus! You charge the customer your cost, passing the discount you might receive to them and then add a profit. Very simple and honest. I also do consultation with is a flat hourly rate.

You always need to be aware of the trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
An interior designer asked me to go to a furniture factory and translate Spanish to English. The design firm was renovating a hotel on South Beach and were making bedroom furniture for that job. After helping them out, they hired me and I eventually opened my own firm.
