FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that cost is a major issue as personal training seems like a indulgent expense, but I always ask our potential clients this; If your car were to break down today how much would you pay to have it fixed? I kindly wait for there response, which usually something like "whatever it takes, I have to get to work." To that I say, well you can always buy another car if you really had to, how many bodies can you buy? Its always more affordable to maintain your car than it is to repair it. The choice is yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! Staying up to date on current research and techniques are vital to ensuring that our clients achieve their goals efficiently and safely.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed helping others. As a prior-service Army medic my passion was always helping others. When I got into the civilian world I found myself in the Emergency Rooms helping others who truly needed it. I found in the hospitals all over the country many people who were suffering from preventable illnesses. A lot of these had to do with lifestyle choices. I then decided to position myself in a way that could help people prevent these types of ailments and ultimately prevent them from finding themselves in a hospital bed.
