Introduction: All of our trainers have at minimal a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I did a lot of read to fi d the perfect trai er I have very special needs. Within 24 hours he matched me with a great trainer. He was very knowledgeable which was very impressive to me because I was army for 20 years plus a lifeguard aauatic trainer and personal trainer so for me to find someone who truly knew what I needed was hard but they did ir and im very happy

Matt and Justine trained me for 10 days and it was awesome ! They helped me find a perfect diet without craving anything and gave me the motivation to keep working out harder and achieve my goal. The exercises are different from one session to another so I never got bored and that's extremely important . They were available to answer all of my questions. In 10 sessions , I can tell that my body has started to change thanks to Matt's personal training, additional cardio and by following my diet plan . I lost 3 pounds and keeps loosing weight and also body fat . Now I feel better. It's only the beginning but it was great start !

    Our Weekly Subscription programs for one-hour, 1-on-1 Mobile Personal Training: *Free Trial Session *50% off First Week * 1x per week = $125 * 2x per week = $225 * 3x per week = $315 * Weekly Unlimited (M-F) = $375 Your first trial session is FREE! You make no commitment until you see how we can positively affect your health and wellness. Our subscriptions bill weekly with no contracts, cancel or freeze anytime. We also offer small group training for groups of 2-4 people. Please call me to discuss package options.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process when working with a new client is to first and foremost ask questions. What are their goals? What level of experience do they have? What do they enjoy about exercise? What obstacles may be in their way to achieving their goals? It is extremely important for us to understand what motivates our clients and what pitfalls have disrupted their progress in the past. It is our job to help our clients progress, so we must plan appropriately. From a more scientific stand point, it is also important to collect data, to know where we are are starting from and define the goals ahead. We take anthropometric data like weight, height, body fat percentage. We look at movement patterns to check for deficiencies that may inhibit progress. We record performance records to track improvement. Then we periodically invest time in reassessing our progress to motivate our clients to perform better.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our trainers on staff have a Bachelors or Masters degree in an Exercise Science related field. That fact alone separates us from the competition. We place the highest level of emphasis on the education of our trainers because we believe BETTER TRAINERS = BETTER RESULTS!!!
