I had been looking for a personal trainer that would not require a gym membership for a while, but I was unsure about finding one online. I finally decided to give it a try, and I found MillerFit. Matthew totally exceeded my expectations by responding to my inquiry right away and matching me with Audri, the nicest and most caring trainer ever. She designed an exercise program tailored to my 60-year-old body, and I feel great and super motivated. I highly recommend using MillerFit services.

Matthew was great to work with. He is very kind and patient; attentive to what you have to say to him about your needs. He is professional and educated as far as how to get to where you want to be. Matthew matched my girlfriend up with the perfect personal trainer; Jessica, she is very professional and knows what she’s doing as well. She also provided my girlfriend up with an app that has specific workouts to do while she’s at the gym by her self. The personal trainer and Matthew will also help you with proper dieting. I really like the fact that Matthew gives a complementary first session and then 50% off the first week; so that you can ensure if it’s a good fit for you. I also like the fact that Matthew does his contract weekly; this way you have freedom to cancel, add less sessions, add more sessions, per week. Lastly, I like the fact that MillerFit travels to me, this makes getting in shape super convenient.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our Weekly Subscription programs for one-hour, 1-on-1 Mobile Personal Training: *Free Trial Session *50% off First Week * 1x per week = $125 * 2x per week = $225 * 3x per week = $315 * Weekly Unlimited (M-F) = $375 Your first trial session is FREE! You make no commitment until you see how we can positively affect your health and wellness. Our subscriptions bill weekly with no contracts, cancel or skip payment anytime. We also offer small group training for groups of 2-4 people. Please call me to discuss package options.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process when working with a new client is to first and foremost ask questions. What are their goals? What level of experience do they have? What do they enjoy about exercise? What obstacles may be in their way to achieving their goals? It is extremely important for us to understand what motivates our clients and what pitfalls have disrupted their progress in the past. It is our job to help our clients progress, so we must plan appropriately. From a more scientific stand point, it is also important to collect data, to know where we are are starting from and define the goals ahead. We take anthropometric data like weight, height, body fat percentage. We look at movement patterns to check for deficiencies that may inhibit progress. We record performance records to track improvement. Then we periodically invest time in reassessing our progress to motivate our clients to perform better.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our trainers on staff have a Bachelors or Masters degree in an Exercise Science related field. That fact alone separates us from the competition. We place the highest level of emphasis on the education of our trainers because we believe BETTER TRAINERS = BETTER RESULTS!!!
