- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Concerning our short term rental management services, we offer a full-service and it’s a 100% commission based so if you don’t make money, we don’t make money. It's the beauty of our program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process in beginning a new client relationship is to start with an initial call to understand better our potential client needs and to ensure a good fit. This first call will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. We will set up an appointment to visit your property and send you a financial estimation of what you will be able to earn every year by working with us. If we decide to move forward together, we will sign the rental agreement and come to your property to take professional pictures and start to promoting your home on the market.
