We are a Florida Notary Public ~ Duly authorized and appointed by The Governor of The Great State of Florida. Our fees vary according to the services rendered.
Typically- our fees are $10.00 per signing / sealing. Documents that need to be translated are priced on a scale according to complexity.
Apostille Services to over 75 Countries. Prices range from $150.00 to $275.00
Please call for pricing and appointment. We will come to you as well, if that is more convenient for you. Travel charges may apply.
How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a child growing up- I always had a dream of being a Game Show Host. I know that is a peculiar profession to strive for... but its was my dream, my fantasy and that's the story that I am sticking to.
In about 1976 My best friend was studying for the Florida Real Estate Salesman's Exam. He asked me to help him study by reading random questions from the text book. I started to enjoy the subject matter and dove in...head first in the Real Estate Business in 1978.
I became a Broker in 1979 and as they say..the rest is history. My friend- Rick and myself, later became partners in a real estate brokerage business by the name of Waterway Properties, Inc.
