Great moving experience w/ ODS! I don’t know how, but Omar & team PACKED my pod somehow getting everything from my home into the pod with just enough room to spare! Also, added value, ODS also provides junk removal at a FAR better price than other removal services! Great value, awesome work and greater breadth of services than you’s think!

Was on time and moved everything efficiently. Could have greeted your customer with a more friendly attitude. I did show up 20 minuets past the time I asked him to be there but I was also under the impression the clock started at the time I scheduled him to be there. Just a tip for the future.

They had a little bit of a unforseen delay for the start of day. But they got there and went to work, and stayed at work. Omar brought an extra man, due to 3rd floor move out, with no additional rate. He got a good mental picture of what he expected to happen, and it went pretty much as he thought. Merry Christmas to Omar, Nelson and Miguel. They insured mine will be.
