Masha put together a wonderful nutrition and dietary plan for me. She spent a lot of time with me going over my health and my goals. She prepared foods for me and she is a gourmet cook. A very knowledgeable and professional woman. I have already achieved great success in my weight and eating habits. She has taught me to recognize immediately what is good for me and what isn't. I have been training with Dan for over 3 years and when I started I was in moderate shape for a middle aged non athlete male. I really had no specific goals but to make my core stronger. With a variety of exercises, nutrition and advice I have been able to lose weight, build muscle and be in the best shape of my life. I hired Frankkie to help me lose weight and shape up just after my second pregnancy on January 5, 2018 really not expecting a whole lot of change too soon. In only three weeks the results were astounding and I can't thank him enough. His expert exercise advice along with the nutritional is what really accelerates results. He's a true professional and absolutely knows what he is doing. We're still working together currently and my progress is gaining ground continuously. After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
David is incredible. We hired him for my father who is at that age where he can't take his fitness for granted and where the prospect of working out really overwhelms him and he doesn't do it consistently. It was also important that he has all the necessary professional certifications otherwise our apartment building wouldn't allow him in the gym. David has been a godsend. He developed a comprehensive plan for my father including nutrition guideline and clear goals. He arrives every single week on time and ready to get going, bringing much needed energy and good vibes to the workout. His plan for my dad focuses on strength and agility, but is very conscious of his age and not injuring him while slowly building up his strength etc. In addition, David has a wonderful disposition, is always positive and focuses on the workout at hand. We can already see the results! Can only say I wish we used him more often!
Chef Mika is the most professional yet personal Chef I have met. She has made Demos for several organizations but she also done private lessons for kids. My daughter absolutely loves to watch and learn from her. She is patient and makes it such a fun experience yet she gives them the confidence to hold knives properly and explain to them the importance of good nutrition. Highly recommend her to anyone!
