Introduction: Ive been photographing distressed properties for a wholesaler for about 3yrs now. I'm looking to make my business grow. I have a drone for aerial views of the property's roof and lot it self. I go into any property no matter if vacant or occupied. I also post notices for tenants (ie.. 3day notice, termination notice, access needed notice, and any communication for tenant). I do court filings, Notary, Mobile Notary, Title signings, clear liens and violations, and pull permits. I try to be as professional as possible. I try to make the process as simple as possible.
